The zero-egress economics of replay

Replay data is large and write-heavy. On traditional clouds, egress fees make 'unlimited free recording' a quick way to go bankrupt.

R2 has no egress fees, content-addressed asset dedupe collapses static files to a single copy across all sessions, and ClickHouse keeps the searchable event index cheap.

That structural cost advantage is what lets us make recording the free funnel and charge only where there's real marginal cost: agent queries and screenshot renders.
